House Rules
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (different times by prior arrangement)
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Booking & Payment
- 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking
- Remaining balance is due at check-in
- Cash or bank transfer accepted
Cancellation
- Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full deposit refund
- Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: deposit is forfeited
Conduct
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Smoking only in designated outdoor areas
- Pets allowed only with prior agreement
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused
Minimum Stay
- Individual rooms: minimum 1 night
- Whole property: minimum 2 nights
